Shipping policy

The items that you have ordered are being hand made individually for you accord to your order. Please allow a TAT of up to 14 days before postage. Delivery times thereafter vary according to location.

DELIVERY TIMES (approximate)

Domestic :

Brisbane and surrounds - 2 to 4 business days

National - 2 to 6 business days

International - 

Zone 1 - New Zealand | 4-6 working days
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days

We use both Australia Post and Sendle. If your parcel is a single bib or you live in regional areas we will post your parcel using Australia Post all other parcels will be sent using the Sendle courier service. 

Sendle only accept signatures if the parcel is 1kg and over, if you wish to sign for your parcel it will need to be logged with the courier as a 1kg weight, please note that this will increase the delivery charges.   

If you have any specific instructions as to where you would like the parcel left, please send brief instructions and we will include them in the details forwarded to the courier service.
